At Lewis & Eve, we keep shipping simple, fast and fair — so you can enjoy your beautiful new pieces sooner.

Shipping Options (Australia)

·        Regular Shipping — $10

·        Express Shipping — $15

·        Free Shipping — orders $100+ (automatic at checkout)

All orders are sent with tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Processing Times

·        We pack orders within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).

·        Express orders are prioritised in our packing queue.

·        During launch periods or major promos, packing may take an extra day — we’ll keep you posted.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes*

  • Regular: 3–8 business days
  • Express: 1–3 business day
  • Remote/regional areas may take a little longer.

*Timeframes are estimates from the carrier once dispatched.

Carriers & Tracking

  • We use reputable Australian carriers (including Australia Post and courier partners).
  • Your tracking link will update once the parcel is scanned by the carrier.

Split Shipments

·        If an item is on pre-order or from a different warehouse, we may ship separately at no extra cost. You’ll receive separate tracking emails.

Address Changes

·        Need to update your address? Contact us ASAP with your order number. If your order has already been dispatched, we’ll do our best to assist, but changes aren’t guaranteed.

Missed / Failed Delivery

·        If delivery is attempted and no one is available, your parcel may be taken to a local collection point or redelivery will be arranged by the carrier.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

·        If your order appears delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please email us with your order number and photos (if applicable) so we can investigate with the carrier and make it right.

International Shipping

·        We’re working on it. If you’re outside Australia and keen to order, please reach out and we’ll see what we can do.
