What are your pieces made from?

We use high-quality stainless steel (304 or 316) with PVD or ion plating for our gold, black, and coffee tones. We also have classic 925 sterling silver styles. These materials are durable, skin-friendly, and made to be worn every day.

Will my jewellery tarnish?

Our stainless steel and ion-plated pieces are super resistant to tarnish — that’s why we chose them. Sterling silver may darken over time, but it just needs a quick polish with a silver cloth to shine again. Check out our Jewellery Care page for easy tips.

Is it safe for sensitive skin?

Yes! Our pieces are hypoallergenic and nickel-safe, so they’re a great choice if your skin is on the sensitive side.

How do I work out my ring size?

The easiest way is to measure a ring you already wear and compare it to our size guide. Or, if you want to be sure, take it into a local jeweller and ask them to size your finger.

What if my order isn’t quite right?

No stress — we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items (except earrings) in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Just head over to our Returns & Exchanges page for the simple steps.

How long will shipping take?

We pack and send orders within 1–2 business days. Most Australian orders arrive in about 3–7 business days.

Do you ship overseas?

Not as yet, but we are planning for this in the coming months.

What’s the best way to store my jewellery?

Keep your pieces in a soft pouch or jewellery box when you’re not wearing them. It stops scratches and keeps everything looking shiny and new.

Do you do gift packaging?
