Returns & Refunds Policy – Lewis & Eve
At Lewis & Eve, we want you to love your jewellery. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Return Window
- You may return full-priced items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

All returns must be requested and approved before sending items back to us.
- Please email info@lewisandeve.com.au with your order number to initiate a return.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging (including boxes, pouches and gift packaging if applicable).
- For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
- Custom or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Sale items are non-returnable unless faulty.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
- Refunds will reflect any discounts, promotions, or bundle pricing applied at the time of purchase.
- Please allow 2–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account once processed.
Exchanges & Store Credit
- We are happy to offer exchanges or store credit once your return has been received and approved.
- Exchanges can only be made once per order. After an item has been exchanged, it is not eligible for return unless deemed faulty.
- Gifted items may only be exchanged for store credit. Gift cards are non-refundable.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
- We recommend using a tracked delivery service as Lewis & Eve is not liable for items lost or damaged in return transit.
- For exchanges, a flat-rate shipping fee applies:

- If returned separately – refund or credit applied proportionally to the individual item(s).

Buy X, Get Y Free promotions (e.g., Buy 2 Get 1 Free):
- If returned together – full refund or store credit.
- If returned separately – refund or credit adjusted to reflect the promotion applied at checkout.
Warranty
- All Lewis & Eve jewellery is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults.
- If you experience a fault, please contact info@lewisandeve.com.au with details and images of the item.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by failure to follow jewellery care instructions.
How to Start a Return
- Email info@lewisandeve.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, package the item securely and include proof of purchase.
- Post the item to the return address provided by our team.
