Returns & Refunds Policy – Lewis & Eve

At Lewis & Eve, we want you to love your jewellery. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Return Window

  • You may return full-priced items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
  •  All returns must be requested and approved before sending items back to us.
  • Please email info@lewisandeve.com.au with your order number to initiate a return.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging (including boxes, pouches and gift packaging if applicable).
  • For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
  • Custom or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Sale items are non-returnable unless faulty.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
  • Refunds will reflect any discounts, promotions, or bundle pricing applied at the time of purchase.
  • Please allow 2–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account once processed.

Exchanges & Store Credit

  • We are happy to offer exchanges or store credit once your return has been received and approved.
  • Exchanges can only be made once per order. After an item has been exchanged, it is not eligible for return unless deemed faulty.
  • Gifted items may only be exchanged for store credit. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service as Lewis & Eve is not liable for items lost or damaged in return transit.
  • For exchanges, a flat-rate shipping fee applies:
  • $12 AUD for Australian orders

Promotions & Bundles

  • Bundles:
    • If returned together – full refund or store credit.
    • If returned separately – refund or credit applied proportionally to the individual item(s).
  • Buy X, Get Y Free promotions (e.g., Buy 2 Get 1 Free):
    • If returned together – full refund or store credit.
  • If returned separately – refund or credit adjusted to reflect the promotion applied at checkout.

Warranty

  • All Lewis & Eve jewellery is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults.
  • If you experience a fault, please contact info@lewisandeve.com.au with details and images of the item.
  •  This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by failure to follow jewellery care instructions.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@lewisandeve.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, package the item securely and include proof of purchase.
  3. Post the item to the return address provided by our team.
